CompoundX Glossary: Terms You Need to Know
The complete working vocabulary of CompoundX — protocol mechanics, capital structures, network terms, and contract semantics.
Below is the working vocabulary of CompoundX. Bookmark this page; it answers most "what does X mean?" questions in one place.
Protocol mechanics
20-Day Cycle — The fixed duration of every CompoundX position. From the deposit moment, the contract runs a 20-day clock. At day 20 the cycle closes and the full balance becomes claimable.
Anti-Failure Constraints — The six mathematical hard limits encoded in the smart contract that together prevent runaway insolvency. The Guardian AI monitors these continuously.
Auto-Compounding — The user-initiated practice of redepositing yield into a new cycle so the next cycle generates yield on the prior cycle's earnings as well as the original capital.
Closed-Loop System — A yield architecture where all distributions originate from in-protocol capital flows rather than from token emission. Mathematically constrained by the rate at which capital can enter and exit.
Daily Yield — The percentage rate at which your position accrues earnings per 24-hour cycle. Range: 6.00% to 7.50% depending on tier.
Guardian AI — The actuarial layer that monitors protocol health in real time. Does not trade. Does not predict. Only enforces mathematical constraints.
Capital structures
Tier — One of seven deposit-size brackets that determine your daily yield rate. Genesis is the entry tier; Singularity is the maximum.
TVL (Total Value Locked) — The aggregate USDT held in active CompoundX positions across all users. Visible live on the homepage.
Cycle Velocity — The rate at which capital enters and exits cycles across the protocol. A core Guardian metric.
Network terms
Network Commission — The 14.50% total reward distributed across 20 levels of network depth on every deposit referred from your tree.
Differential Payout — The mechanism that distributes commission to higher-rank participants when a downline rank is lower than theirs. Prevents commission "leakage."
Leadership Rank — One of seven titles (Catalyst, Multiplier, Accelerator, Compounder, Exponential, Apex, Singularity) that scales with your network's aggregate volume.
Technical and contract terms
Immutable Contract — A smart contract whose logic cannot be modified after deployment. CompoundX has no upgrade keys, no proxy admin, no migration function.
No Admin Withdraw — A specific architectural property: the contract has no function that allows any wallet (including the deployers) to drain user funds.
BscScan — The block explorer where you can verify the CompoundX contract source code, view live transactions, and inspect every state variable.
BEP-20 — The token standard used on BSC. The USDT you deposit must be BEP-20 USDT, not ERC-20 or TRC-20.
